The head of depts should answer directly for the owners. I do hate bad feelings but I hate worse to be made to regret where that much money is made and perhaps the staff isn't trained or paid enough to do their job. Thanks to Kisha and others involved for their efforts and communication. It's forgotten and forgiven and I'm happy to have my items back. I'm not sure they are available anymore so it was great to have it back for sure !!! I stand ready to apologize to the staff but still convinced that more prompt action and response to customers be encouraged since we're not spending $29.95 here.
In the resolving/results of my visit to the casino and experience with staff, I am pleased to report that my items were returned and also a very treasured chambray shirt from 2004 with the Coushatta logo.
